I have setup events that link with my zoom account, they are being setup with a waiting list, we do not want this option. If I then go into zoom and change it to no waiting room I have to add passcode or authentication. If I add passcode it changes the link in zoom but does not change the link sent out when someone books the event which would mean we would have to email the passcode which defeats the point of it all being automated, can you suggest a solution please.

Can you let me know if you have changed the placeholder in the email notification after changing this setting in Zoom? Unfortunately, if this pending setting is setting within Zoom, there is not much that can be done from Amelia's side.
Are your Amelia appointments also pending?
