Sorry for the late response, but we're not working on weekends. Our working hours during business days (Mon - Fri) are from 09:00 - 16:00.
As for SMS - if you refresh the status in Amelia, does it show "Delivered" or "Pending" still? Can you send me a few phone numbers that did not receive the SMS (more than 3, please), so we can check with Twilio?
There isn't a possibility in Amelia for the SMS messages to be queued - the status in the SMS history is like that because, for some reason, the response about SMS notification status wasn't received in the Amelia WP back-end from the server - and even though you see "queued", the message was sent or it failed when it had to be sent (when appointment is booked for example). So, when you click on Refresh there, you see the actual status of these SMS notifications - whether they were sent or not at the moment when they were supposed to be sent. You can check the actual status of the SMS notifications in your database as well, in the wp_amelia_notifications_sms_history table.
I was able to check with the people that should be receiving the SMS notifications, and they are. The interface within Amelia says "Queued" and if fact they are getting delivered, the display of "queued" is not correct.
When I manually click the "Queued" word, it forces a refresh, then changes the display from "Queued" to "Delivered".
The display of "queued" then seems to be a display error?
That's correct - for some reason, the status is not returned in real time, and it shows "Queued" instead of "Delivered" or "Failed". As long as you have funds on your account, the messages will be sent.
Our developers will work on this with Twilio, but I can't say when it will be fixed.
I'm seeing a wall of queued up SMS's that have not sent out. This is becoming a recurring issue. Please address ASAP.
Looking to get some sort of ETA on this ticket, your reply is kindly appreciated.
