    Dear Madam, Sir,

Please allow me to share my experience with the plugin wpDataTables and TMS. In fact, I've asked a question before purchasing it to make sure that the plugin fits our need. We've been reassured that it fits.

After that we asked for a support about an issue and we got responded but the solution isn't working. Then no support and they told us that it's us that don't follow the steps. Even after explaining that we did what we've been asked to we didn't get anything.

For other request, we've been told that developers are busy.

So for anyone who's wondering to purchase this plugin or not, if you have a doubt I really believe that you shouldn't purchse as you won't be supported even that they claim that on their offers. It's not the case.

    Hello Soulaimane

    Thank you for your feedback.

Looking at the other ticket you've created, we can see that our support manager is still working on the issue. The CSS provided to you is valid, and it has been working for a lot of other customers in previous two years. From what I can see, you most likely have a conflict with another plugin or the theme you're using, but I'm sure we'll find a way to make the same approach of hiding the table, but showing the filter and the chart work in your case as well.

What you requested in the pre-purchase question is only related to hiding the table and showing the chart, and what you've requested later is not included in the provided support for the plugin, since you requested customization of the chart. That requires using wpDataCharts callbacks, which are useful for people with coding skills. As indicated in our documentation, and by our support agent, writing custom wpDataChart callbacks is not included in the provided support for the plugin, and we cannot help you with that. All resources you need are available in the API libraries of chart engines that are used in wpDataTables, and they work fine if you have the knowledge to apply them.

Your initial request is going to be resolved in the end, I'm sure of that, because we can make it work locally, so there has to be a way to make it work on your end as well. Due to conflicts with your plugins, or the theme, it may take longer for us to find the correct code, but eventually our support manager will come through.

I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with how the whole thing unfolds, but you need to know that WordPress is a dynamic environment, and due to its nature conflicts with other themes and plugins are always a possibility, and something you will most likely encounter in the future (regardless if you plan to continue using wpDataTables or not). The initial request itself is not included in the built-in features of the plugin, but is offered through a workaround of hiding the table with custom CSS. We said that it's possible with custom work, so our support manager will come through.

    Kind Regards,
