In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Basically, packages require a pre-set price that can be customized. So, the whole package has to be purchased at once. Therefore, if you include 10 appointments and set the price for the package equal to the sum of 8 appointments, in the result you will have 2 free appointments in this package.
You can add a description where you will indicate that some appointments are offered for free.
Or, you can create a separate service with free appointments and add this service to the package as well. I just want to emphasize that each service can have only one price, therefore if you want to have paid and free appointments of the same service, you'll have to divide this service in two parts.
