We have come across another issue. In Amelia settings, under "General Settings" default appointment status is set to "Approved". However, when a client books an appointment, its status, under "Appointments" is showing as "Pending" and no Zoom link is generated.
May I know what the reason is and what the solution is?
Does this happen for one service, or for all services? I checked settings, and they should be fine, but I can't see why the customer is saved as Pending, unless it was manually changed.
I don't have an explanation why this happens. Your Appointment settings are configured properly, so there's no possibility for anyone to book above maximum capacity - that's the only thing other than the Pending status, that would be able to cause this.
Can you please reach out to me when it happens again, so I can remote in and check it out? Just make sure not to change the status, add or remove any appointments related to that date and time, when it happens.
We checked everything, and it seems that Liz booked appointments when minimumCapacity was above 1, or the default booking status was set to Pending. We can see that the Pending notification was sent quite a few times, but not recently, so that tells us that this has been booked long ago, but you're just seeing this now.
Can you ask her to book another appointment, and see how that's going to be saved?

I can't replicate the issue on your website:

No, the status is never manually changed and the "Pending" sometimes happens to the "Online Body Weight Exercise" Thursday night.
