    When I press"forgot password" link on login screen, WordPress password reset email is sent.

    Is this an right function process?

    Hi Shota,

    thank you for reaching out!

    Are you referring to:

    • Word Press Admin login
    • Amelia Customer Panel login

    For WordPress Admin password reset, you will receive the email from WordPress; for Customer Panel, you will receive an email from your Admin WP email.

    Sorry my post is little confused..

    What I mean is likethis attached file. I tried to resend password email with forgot password link on Customer Portal Login screen.

    It might be some email issue..but if you know something it helps.

    Hi Shota,

    in that case yes!

    It is the correct procedure:

    • When a customer forgets the password, they click the Forgot Password 
    • They will receive an email with a link 
    • When they click the link they will be taken to a new window to change password
