I try to create a Amelia EMPLOYEE. First, this user was a simple USeR in WP. So i change it to Amelia EMPLOYEE into the wp account.
but this one do not appear into the list of mapping WP - Amelia So i delete the account of this user, and try to create an employee in AMELIA with the email
And amelia take me an error : This email already exist
To create an Employee and connect him/her to the WP User, you should create a WP User and give the Amelia Employee Role to this User (that's what you did, I believe).
Then you have to create an Employee in Amelia and in this case, you will see the WP User in the drop-down. If you created the Employee in Amelia first, he/she won't get connected to the WP User.
Please access your database, open the table wp_amelia_users (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database) and search for this Employee's email there. It can be assigned to a Customer as well, if you tested booking being logged in under this User, for example. Once you find a User with this email, delete it or change the email.
Also, if you have a Cache plugin, purge the website's cache.

Hi, Erwan!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Also, if you have a Cache plugin, purge the website's cache.
After that, please try to add Employee again.
Best Regards.
