We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

So i delete the account of this user, and try to create an employee in AMELIA with the email
And amelia take me an error :
This email already exist
My cache is clear
What is the problem ?
Thanks
Hello there
Is that possible to have an answer please ?
I have to add this employee asap
Thanks a lot
Hi, Erwan!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
To create an Employee and connect him/her to the WP User, you should create a WP User and give the Amelia Employee Role to this User (that's what you did, I believe).
Then you have to create an Employee in Amelia and in this case, you will see the WP User in the drop-down. If you created the Employee in Amelia first, he/she won't get connected to the WP User.
Please access your database, open the table wp_amelia_users (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database) and search for this Employee's email there. It can be assigned to a Customer as well, if you tested booking being logged in under this User, for example. Once you find a User with this email, delete it or change the email.
Also, if you have a Cache plugin, purge the website's cache.
After that, please try to add Employee again.
Best Regards.
