    Hi,

The customer form to book an appointment, certain fields are not allowing the customer to enter the information - First Name, Phone Number and Email. All of the custom fields I created work fine, how do I fix the ones I did not create? I'm demo today so if you could help out quick, that would be great :). Thanks!

    Hi, CherylAnn!

I apologize for the delayed response.

And thank you for choosing Amelia.

This is normal if you test being logged in to your WP user. Please try to use incognito mode for testing bookings. The logic behind that is the following: Amelia considers you as an existing Customer and doesn't let you enter your information.

Also, if you disable the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" option in Amelia -> Settings  -> Roles settings -> Customer, the fields won't be greyed out or pre-populated during bookings.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
