    Hi,

I have a fatal error on my siteweb after updating Amelia.

Warning: require_once(/var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking.php on line 129

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking.php on line 129

How can I solve this ?

Thanks a lot for helping me,

    Anaïs

    Hello Anais

Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.

It looks like this file is missing: /var/www/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking.php

    Can you double-check?

This can happen due to folder permissions with some hosting providers. My advice is to update the plugin manually, following the steps below:

1.) Download zip from our store or from the email you received when you purchased the plugin

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.

4.) Upload the previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP into "plugins" folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.

7.) Clear server and browser cache

That will allow you to update the plugin, but please reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them why some files are deleted from the folder.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Aleksandar,

Thanks for the help. I followed your instructions and updated the plugin manually but I have the same error...

I called mi host but they told me it was from the plugin and there was nothing they could do...

I found the exact error in the php :

    require_once AMELIA_PATH . '/vendor/autoload.php';

Now I don't know what to do with that...

Thank you for your assistance in this matter,

    Best,

    Anaïs

    Hi again Anaïs

If the file is missing, it could not be coming from the plugin, since all files are located in the ameliabooking.zip file - so once it's installed in WordPress, it's actually extracted.

Would you be able to provide me a temporary wp-admin user (administrator) and FTP access credentials, so I can check your WP site, and the folders?
