This may sound bad at first, but if you haven't deleted the plugin, or touched the database, most likely it's just a permission issue.
The services are probably still saved in the database. An issue like this can occur if you book an appointment from front-end while still logged into your WordPress account. I can't say for sure until I take a look, but I'm confident that we can fix this.
Please provide me a temporary wp-admin user (administrator) so I can remote into your website and see what's going on.
Also, if you can provide me database access credentials (phpMyAdmin or cPanel), that could help a lot.

That really doesn't make sense, Monika. I'm sorry that this happened, but Amelia is designed not to delete anything unless you tell it to.
I just ran a few tests locally, and everything stayed in place. I even deleted the whole plugin from my WordPress site, and installed it again, but everything is in it.
This should not have happened if you didn't delete the plugin. Make sure to run backups before you update the plugin again. In case it happens again, so that we can remote into your website, and see what's going on, and so that you can restore the website to the previous state, if it happens.
We have the same issue. Services deleted but still in front end. also availability isn't correct. only gives dates starting in Januari 2022. How do I proceed?
You don't have the same issue as Monika. Her services have been deleted in the database, and are not shown anywhere. Since you can see the services in front-end, you've got a different problem (most likely with user capabilities).
I see you opened another ticket, and it's assigned to my colleague, Ivana. As soon as she reaches your ticket, she'll respond.
Hey dear Support,
we have the problem that all our configured services, we had in the system, were deleted with the last update. This is really bad!
Is there a possibility that Amelia saves backups somewhere and we can restore the services or do i need start creating them all from scratch again?
Thanks for help!
Kind regards,
Monika
