    Hello everyone :) 

    My client's asking me to put a minimum reservation (10), so i did it. BUT, the customer has to be able to reserved a service (with 2 people per example) and the reservation has to be open until 10 maximum (so unknown people can reserved) and the service is validate when the max capacity is 10 . 


    Im sorry for my english ... Its possible ?

    Hi Laura!

    Thank you for contacting us; please don't apologize your English is great :-)

    You can set this service to have a Maximum of 10 people, and minimum of 1.

    Go to Amelia > Settings > Appointments > and make sure that:

    • Allow booking above maximum capacity is OFF: so that they cannot book more than 10 spots, and once 10 spots are booked for 10 people, booking will close
    • Allow booking below minimum capacity is ON: so that one person who comes alone can book, and also another person who would like to book for them and a friend (2 people), will not close the booking when they make a booking for more than 1 person.

    thank you for the kind reply.

    I cannot give you an exact date, as this is still in development; however we are hoping to have these features such as deposit and expanded customization for Amelia within the next few months :-)
