In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello everyone :)
My client's asking me to put a minimum reservation (10), so i did it. BUT, the customer has to be able to reserved a service (with 2 people per example) and the reservation has to be open until 10 maximum (so unknown people can reserved) and the service is validate when the max capacity is 10 .
Im sorry for my english ... Its possible ?

You can set this service to have a Maximum of 10 people, and minimum of 1.
Go to Amelia > Settings > Appointments > and make sure that:

I cannot give you an exact date, as this is still in development; however we are hoping to have these features such as deposit and expanded customization for Amelia within the next few months :-)
