In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I would like to offer some clients of mine a coupon code with 100% discount. I have tried the following ways:
1) 100% discount coupon code - (with only paypal as the payment method) after submitting, it just keeps loading and loading. It was never confirmed.
2) 100% discount coupon code - with on-site payment option, it also keeps loading and loading without confirming.
3) I create a new service that is priced as zero, with both paypal and on-site payment options, it also keeps loading and loading without confirming.
May I know how I can solve this problem?

The issue here is not related to the coupon, since it's constantly spinning no matter what.
Are there any services available on your website that offer on-site payments, so i can test? Issues like this are usually linked to either Google reCAPTCHA or Zoom. Please go to Amelia settings/General settings, and disable reCAPTCHA - clear cache and test again - if it works, you have the wrong reCAPTCHA credentials entered.
If that doesn't work, go into Amelia settings/Integrations/Zoom, and remove Zoom credentials - save, clear cache and test again.
If that also doesn't work, please provide me a temporary wp-admin user (administrator) so I can remote in, and check. Please note that this is a public ticket, so make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
