Hi, I've bought the Amelia plugin to allow an organisation to administer bookings of their local hall.
Basically they want people to be able to book the hall, on a particular date, providing a start time, and number of hours required. The Hall Administrator would receive this booking when submitted and approve/deny as required, or edit the booking if the hours need changing.
This seems like a fairly common booking use-case, but I can't see how this can be configured in Amelia.
It seems like you only need to configure the Default Appointment Status in Amelia's General Settings and set it to Pending.
Then, when people book an appointment it will come in as Pending, so you can either approve it, or reject it. Customers can't book the number of hours they want to book, though - you configure the service's duration, and they book the service with a fixed duration. There's an option to add Extras to each service, so they can extend the booking.
