When a customer makes a booking, they get an email to create an account. This email comes from "Wordpress." Is it possible to change this to something customised such as the company name, so that it looks more professional to the customers?

Unfortunately, we cannot customize the content that comes directly from WordPress, such as their emails.
We can only influence Amelia.
