    Hi, Alfredo!

I'm not sure the issue is clear to me. Could you please provide us with a screenshot?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Liza..

    ISSUE 1

This issue starts in the Control Panel for employees.. The employee access his panel using a username and password.... if employee wants to change his password, goes to his PROFILE section where there is an option CHANGE PASSWORD.... when employee changes the password and saves, AMELIA is not changing it in the WORDPRESS USER SECTION.... so, when employee tries to access again using the new password, the systems pops up an error and must be using the old password to access.

    ISSUE 2

When an employee changes working hours, or any other change using his back-end control panel, nothing happens.... the system is not doing any changes

Please let me know how to fix this situation. Thanks Liza

    Hi, Alfredo!

I apologize for the delayed response.

And thank you for the clarification.

ISSUE 1 -  What do you exactly mean by "WORDPRESS USER SECTION"? The password for the Employee panel and the password to access WP User Profile from the back-end can't be synchronized, unfortunately. So, if your Employee changes his/her password in their profile on the Employee panel, it won't affect the WP User password.

If you are talking about Employee panel access only, then they can try to use the "Forgot password" option while logging in (for that, the Employee Panel access notification should be enabled on the Amelia -> Notifications page). It can be a temporary solution. Please note that if you test the Employee panel being logged in as Admin, it won't work.

ISSUE 2 - Please make sure that the Employee has no other roles assigned to him/her (you can check if the email address is assigned to any Customer on the Amelia -> Customers page). If it happens while you test the Employee panel being logged in as Admin - it can also be a reason, as I mentioned above. Only Employees can manage working hours/appointments on the Employee panel.

Also, please check if the "Configure their schedule" option is enabled on the Amelia -> Roles settings page:

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Liza!

ISSUE 1 -  Is there any way to not show the link CHANGE PASSWORD in the AMELIA CONTROL PANEL FOR EMPLOYEE? I don´t see a reaso to show it if is not goint to change the password in WORDPRESS.

ISSUE 2  - Employees except myself, have not any other roles than AMELIA EMPLOYEES.... I have made a couple of personal users for testing only and I´ve been using a different computer to make tests and it is the same situation as some of the employees reported to me.... that they modified their working hours in their control panel, but those changes are not reflected in the administration control panel. So, for the moment I sent instructios to all employees that, if there is a change in their working hours,  send it to me and I change it from the admin pannel.

Liza, if you wanna check it out directly in my Wordpress Admin, I´ll be happy to send you credentials, so you can see it for yourself.

I need a solutions to this as soon as posible. I also need faster answers if possible. TIME IS MONEY!

    Thanks

    Hi, Alfredo!

ISSUE 1 - You can hide the "Change password" button by adding this CSS to the page with the Employee Panel:

    button.el-button.el-button--default.am-ml-32 {display:none;}

ISSUE 2  - Yes, please, that would be very helpful if you provide me with temporary WP Admin access.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, Alfredo!

It depends on the page builder or an additional plugin for custom HTML/CSS that you may have.

Basically, if you see a Customize/Edit option on your top Admin menu when you're on the page with Amelia, you should click on it and look for the "Custom CSS" option. And then just add the CSS I provided to this field and click on "Save" or "Update".

If you can't find it, please tell us which page builder you use, or simply look for the path to Custom CSS on the internet.

    Best Regards.

    Thanks Liza...

I fixed this:  ISSUE 1 - You can hide the "Change password" button by adding this CSS to the page with the Employee Panel

Please let me know if you could access to WP Control Panel with credentials I sent you. It is important tha you double check the problem we have when any employee make changes from their own AMELIA EMPLOYEE PANEL, for example: If employee changed the working hours, such modification is not reflected in my main control panel.

All this happened after last upgrade of Amelia´s plugin. Please let me know what can we do.

    Hi, Alfredo!

Thank you for the credentials, they work.

I created a test Employee and I couldn't log in to the Employee Panel under this Employee User. Si, I can confirm that there's some issue with the Employee Panel.

However, the Admin access you provided us with is limited.

Please give us full Admin access to your WP, so I will be able to forward your ticket to our developers.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks you Liza... the control panel is working.

Liza please double check the GENERAL SETTINGS of my panel. It seems the option PENDING is not working properly for the STATUS OF RESERVATION. I have the status as PENDING, so the EMPLOYEE authorizes any new appointment, but the system authorizes automatically.

Feel free to make tests with different employees... because I noticed the system works with some and with others not.... but I need that ALL EMPLOYEES authorize all the new appointments.

Thank you Liza for your help and patience
