We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have added many custom fields to my checkout page and thought this would work well for my use. However, it appears when selecting "All Events" for where to show the fields, it only applies to already created events, not future events. If I create a new event, I have to go in and click to add every custom field back to that event. Is there a way around this? I bought the plugin specifically for this feature. Is there some code I can add to have my custom fields display on all events-- current, and future? Thank you for your help.
Best,
Kelsey
Hello Kelsey
Thank you for your purchase.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Our developers have this task pending for one of our future updates, but I don't know when it will be included in the plugin. At the moment, you need to manually add new events in the custom fields.
I'll forward this to our developers again, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
Thank you for your reply, I do appreciate it. I will add this to the features suggestion page. I do think it should be made clear on the plugin docs that the custom fields to not apply to future events. I will be able to work around this, but I probably would have gone with something different if I had known originally. Again, I do appreciate your help and hope this is an addition that's made to the software soon- it really is a fantastic plugin.
Best,
Kelsey
Thank you for your feedback, Kelsey
I'll make sure to add this to our documentation until the issue is resolved.
