In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have some questions :
1. Can I make a payment with stripe in one event and in another event make a subscription payment in an event for zoom?
2. Can I choose to have the event start at 4:30 or can it only be exact hours?
3. I use Amelia exclusively for zooming and I like to make events but I can't make reservations because I have to place the clients myself and I only want the clients who made payments by stripe to be placed automatically, can I?
