We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I need that after selecting the service, the total number of participants can be entered, without having to add the additional participants ... the fact that the user who makes the reservation is taken into account and this is added to the additional participants gives rise to confusion.
    It would be much better for me if simply after selecting the service the option to select the total number of participants would appear.
    If it is not possible to configure the plugin with this condition, regretting it, we will be forced to proceed with the cancellation of the product to proceed with the refund of the amount paid before the 15-day return guarantee expires.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Unfortunately, the logic of "Bringing anyone with you" cannot be changed, so if you select additional 3 people, the total number of people will be 4, since you're bringing them with you. 

    If this feature is crucial for you, you can request a money refund by following these steps:

    Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

    If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with a width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.

    After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

    That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

    oK, GRACIAS POR VUSESTRA RESPUESTA,

    Ya hice lo que me comentas y veo el botón de reembolso atenuado tal y como dices, hoy además he cancelado la suscripción.

    Espero que esté todo en orden y que no surja ningún problema para el reembolso.

    Una lastima que no se pueda escoger simplemente el total de usuarios en un solo paso, de ser así seria perfecto para mi. Si algún día pudieran modificar este apartado, seguro compraría encantado AMELIA de nuevo!

    The refund should be transferred to your account in 5-7 business days, as I mentioned before.

    Regarding the total number of participants: hopefully, our developers will add this feature soon, and we will contact you. 

    I'm sorry that at the moment Amelia doesn't match your requirements.
