The email notifications are working for the customer but not for the employees.
The test mail works, but when I do a booking the employee does not receive the booking notification. Please advise?

Please make sure that the Employee's email address is correct and that you enabled the Notifications to Employee on the Amelia -> Notifications page.
Also, please check the Spam folder.
