I have the client portal setup on it's own page. After the client cancels from within the client portal, they receive an email but the page is not redirected to the Successful Cancellation page.
Both the Successful and Unsuccessful Cancellation pages have been input into the admin area of Amelia.

Thank you for your purchase.
The redirection pages work only when the cancellation is done through the email; not through the customer panel. So, if the customer panel didn't work, the %appointment_cancel_url% placeholder would cancel the appointment, and redirect the customers to the redirection page.
