We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello

We only have a few days per month when users can make appointments.
The display of the date filter in the search view does not differentiate between days with bookable appointments and days without. You have to click on each day individually to see if there are any time slots available.
Is there a way to gray out, cross out, or  otherwise  format the days when no time slots are available?

    Thank you!

    Hi, Klaus!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Could you please send us the URL to the page with Amelia booking form, so we will be able to see the details.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Klaus!

    Thank you for the link.

I'm not sure how often your Employees work, but maybe it will make sense to set their schedule through Special days instead of Working hours.

However, in both cases, the working days should be set for each Employee in Employee's profile. Also, you should assign Services to the particular Employees, and add them to the Employee's working hours (also in their profiles). If you use working hours, it will look like that:

If you use Special days, then it will look like that:

But in both cases, you should assign Services to Employees and their working hours.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza!

Thank you very much for your explanations.

Our employees set their schedules through Special Days only. All services are assigned to the employees. Please see the screenshot below.

I am not shure if we are talking about the same thing. What we are trying to achieve is that for the month of March all days with no services look different than the days with services (March 22 and 23).

It is working fine in the Booking Wizard view.

So how can we make March 22 and 23 look different than the other days of March when using Search View?

Thank you very much for your time, maybe I am overlooking something.

    Best regards
    Klaus

    Klaus,

    I apologize for the misunderstanding.

If you use the Search view, then the unavailable dates won't be crossed out. It is possible only with the Booking Wizard view, as you mentioned. I missed this point when checked the URL you provided, my bad.

We are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this option on our website.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Best Regards.
