Hi,
I'm thinking about purchasing amelia for WordPress. I have some questions.
Q1:
I was wondering if something like below is possible.
The function I want: There're two services, plan A and plan B. Both services are 1 hour. Plan A has 20 numbers of people available but plan B is private.
So if someone chooses plan B, at the same time as plan B, plan A should be unselectable automatically.
If there are no functions like that, should I select plan A and make it a "special day"?
Q2:
Also, I was wondering if amelia syncs to google calendar (I think it does).
What I'd like to do is if someone makes a booking, then show or resister the details on our google calendar.
Q3:
If I buy a Basic plan and build it on a local server and then export the entire website to the web server, does it count as two domains? I mean can I deactivate the code when necessary?
Hope my questions are making sense.
thanks,
Hi Kazuki,
thank you so much for taking interest in Amelia, and for contacting us.
I will be happy to answer your questions:
Q1: If you put same employee to work on Service A and Service B, and someone books 10am service A, 10am service B will automatically be unavailable as that employee is busy now in service A.
Q2: Yes, we have an integration with Google Calendar, that reflects appointments that are made into your Google Calendar.
Q3: You can simply edit the domain you're registered with and change it to the new domain; you don't need another licence.
I hope this helps!
Thank you so much! Everything is clear now:)
