We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi there, Yesterday I upgraded my server to PHP 8 and noticed some issues caused by WPdataTable, I tried to scratch data from GoogleSheet,  as long as I saved the link of Google sheet, WordPress showed a critical issue. Is Datatable ready for PHP 8?

    Hi Jeffrey

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Our preliminary test show that wpDataTables is compatible with PHP8, but could you please give us some more details about the issue you are experiencing so we can try and recreate it on our end?

Hi Blaženka, thank you for the reply, It may not be the incompatibility issue, I noticed that the issue is related to Varnish Cache, as long as I active Varnish Cache, any changes on Google sheets will not reflect the table only if to purge Varnish Cache or Deactive it. I also sent a ticket to the Hosting about this issue. Please check the screen video I made https://www.screencast.com/t/nvhZ2EKdV

    Hi Jeffrey

If there is a conflict with Varnish Cache please try disabling it for all pages containing wpDataTables.

Do let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist.
