Can you please provide more details about this? Which notification are you referring to? Which type of booking (service or event)?
If you have more participants in an event, or in an appointment, you can use %booked_customer% placeholder, which will only send the details (name, email and phone) of the person who just purchased the appointment or event. If you use other placeholders (%customer_full_name%, %customer_phone%, %customer_email%) it will be repeated for every customer that booked.
As for the other question - can you please explain?
Why is my notification come in a thread format and not individually? Can this be changed?
Also, when it reaches 100 threat, why does it start sending to the default email address in setting, under notificatoion.
