I really like the ideas and method that this plugin uses but you must consider to implement a link between Amelia login and the other plugin or theme login. It’s annoying to have multiple login and register for the same site.

There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately, and there isn't an integration with such a tool available for Amelia.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.
