    I would like to cancel Package purchase that my customer bought it by mistake.

    But I haven't found out menu to cancel it from admin panel.

    thank you for reaching out!

    Unfortunately, Packages does not have a cancellation button at the moment; however, we are working to integrate it as soon as possible, asĀ it will be convenient for clients.

    In the meantime, you can cancel the appointments of the client, and issue a refund, or optionally leave the package for them, and create manual Coupons with discount for them for these services.

    Hi Shota,

    I meant as in, not take any actions to remove the packages for this client, and simply refund them or provide coupons with 100% discount if they want to book again these services.

    I remove the package from back-end but customer still can have some slots to make reservation.

    You mean slots related to the package should become zero if I remove the package?

    Hi Shota,

    since the package cannot be deleted currently, I suggest that if customer wants to book appointments, they can do so trough Package they have in their account.

    Since they already paid for it, if you refunded them.

    Our developers have made a fix that will enable deletion of Packages and Package appointments, so I remembered that we talked about this.

    You can wait for the update or you can use the file that I am sending in the attachment here.

    You need to upload the file to the corresponding folder; it will ask you if you want to replace it with the existing one, you would choose Yes.
