Hello, I am interested in purchasing an Amelia license, but I have a question. I plan to use it for a service where each of the employees has a different location, so it is essential that the client can consult the location of the employee in order to select it.
When browsing the demos I do not see where the client can verify the location of the employee. Could you tell me if that can be configured and how would it be done?
Thanks a lot.
1. The location can be selected on a booking form if you use the Search view or the Step-by-step booking view. The location selection is hidden on our demo sites, but it will appear if you create multiple Locations on the front end. Please note that the Location selection is not mandatory, therefore your customers will be able to skip this step. To avoid this misunderstanding, you can create different pages for each location and place Services related only to this location on the page by adding the [ameliacatalog location=1] shortcode, for example. Thus, your customers won't be able to skip the location selection.
2. I'm not sure if I understood your question, but if you mean the Location address, it can be added to a notification email vie the %location_address% placeholder, so a Customer will receive it after the booking. You can find more information about email notifications here.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks for your answer. Could you tell me if this plugin is compatible with divi or elementor? In case it is compatible with both, which one works better?
Amelia is compatible with both Divi and Elementor, but according to our experience, Elementor works better. But it goes without saying that compatibility also depends on the particular theme you use and the layout (if you add Amelia to the page or to the sidebar, for example).
But it's really rare when our customers report issues related to Elementor.
Hope that will help.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
