We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

My clients are running into some confusion about when the times in the app are displayed.

I've included a note on the page stating "Times are displayed in your current timezone".

Which should hopefully make things a bit more clear. However, I was wondering if there was a way to also display the users current Timezone (i.e +4GMT). In order to make things 'painfully' clear.

    Hi Thomas,

thank you for reaching out to us.

You can go to Amelia > Settings > General Settings, and activate the option Show booking slots in client time zone. In this way clients will see the appointments in their own time zone.

If you have this enabled, I would only suggest adding a note which you already did. You can also add a Custom Field Text on the final step of the booking that will again advise this.

Unfortunately, we don't have more suggestions for this: client's time will be the one that they selected in WordPress settings, so it's good if they can check that as well, if you have enabled those options and they have an incorrect time zone selected in WP.
