We have setup a sandbox to test your software. It's working fine, but we have some questions:
Is there a way to choose a room the events are in and can we set up a notification when events are possibly double booked in one room?
The reoccurring event feature forces an end date. Is it possible to remove that?
Also, on reoccurring events it does not allow a change of date. An example would be an event on the third Thursday of every month. I do not see an option to choose a day instead of a date.

But probably it can be achieved through a workaround if you add rooms as Employees. Thus, you will be able to avoid double-booking.
The reoccurring event feature forces an end date. Is it possible to remove that? - I'm afraid it's mandatory to set the end date for recurring events. I have to mention that recurring appointments don't have an end date.
Also, on reoccurring events it does not allow a change of date. An example would be an event on the third Thursday of every month. I do not see an option to choose a day instead of a date. -That's correct. You can set a weekday if it's a weekly recurring event, but not a monthly recurring one. We already received a few requests for this feature, so if there will be more, our developers will implement it in one of the coming updates. You can also speed the process up by submitting a request on our website.
