Hi, i have changed the status to PENDING for all appointments in the general setttings, but the system is not doing it. All appointments are authorized automatically for all our customers. I refreshed my navigator and tried with another devices,but nothing works. I need urgent help with this. Thanks

I can only see the "Congratulations" screen, which is the same for approved and pending appointments, so can you please check the Appointments section in Amelia, and see if they're saved as Pending or Approved?
Also, the default status of a service can be changed individually per service, so if you previously selected "Approved" in there, it will need to be changed in the service - manually. Please go to each service/Settings tab, and see if the status is set to Pending.
