I am in the final stages of my website creation and would like to resolve three separate issues.

    1.  The first is an issue with Woocommerce checkout integration: When I try to purchase a product I see two versions of the same output on the 'Your Order' section of the checkout page. (see attachment 1)
    2. I would like to give my clients the option to log in via a button that is shown on a few pages (to view: it is on the homepage, top left and appears when you scroll down. see also attachment 2). When clients click on the button I'd like them to see the option to log in using the username and password fields. If the client is already logged in, I would their name to appear in place of the login fields. Is this possible?
    3. I noticed that when a new client orders for the first time, they receive an email for password creation from [email protected]. Can I use my own email to replace this one? Furthermore, when they click on the link contained in this email, can the client be directed to a page of my own website instead of a Wordpress page when they want to set their password?

    Hello Francesca

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. Does this happen to regular products, purchased through WooCommerce? Amelia is only sending the data of the appointment or event to WooCommerce, so there should be no duplicate entries in there.

    2. Amelia's Customer (and Employee) Panel log-in is different from any other log-in you have on your site (WordPress log-in, WooCommerce log-in, Memberpress log-in, or any other log-in you can create). At the moment, there is no way to link the two, so your customers have the same password for WooCommerce and Amelia. It is something frequently requested by our customers, and I do hope our developers will add that to the plugin soon, but I don't believe it's going to be any time soon.

I'll forward this to them again, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    3. This sounds like a WordPress user creation, so to disable users from creating and logging into your WordPress website, you need to disable "Automatically Create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia settings/Roles/Customer. When you create Amelia's front-end customer panel, and add its URL to the corresponding field in Roles Settings, you also need to add %customer_panel_url% placeholder in Appointment Booked or Appointment Pending email templates, so the URL to the panel is sent to the customer.

    Kind Regards,
