We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi again, another topic,
Google Calendar is synced with Amelia.
But it seems it can't take more than one calendar? I have 2 calendars on my gmail account, one for personal stuff and professionnal stuff. I would like Amelia to query both availability before offering those to customers.
Bonus question : how can make a "service" that would book 2 employees at the same time?
Thanks for your help. :)
Hi, Alexandre!
I apologize for the delayed response.
And thank you for your inquiry.
1. Unfortunately, it's possible to connect only one Google Calendar to an Employee account at the moment. We are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website.
2. It's not possible to book two Employees for one time slot with current built-in features as well. But you can link both Employees to the same Google Calendar. In Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations, you also need to enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" and increase the "Maximum number of returned events" to a big value (1.000 or 2.000, for example). Then, when both Employees are connected to the same calendar, once one Employee is booked, both Employees will be unavailable for the duration of the appointment.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Best Regards.
Hey Liza
Thanks for your reply.
I just saw that suggested feature already so I voted for it.
For the 2nd option I'm not sure to understand it. How can I link 2 employees on the same Gcalendar? I already have my employees linked to my calendar.
Example with my colleagues :
When I link Gcal to Amelia, it asks which calendar to choose, and I can only select mine.
Did I miss something?

Sorry it's unrelated but I have another question :)
For front end panels employees, I activated them but my employees can't approve a pending meeting there. Only an admin on backend admin can. Is there an option I didn't see?
Thanks
Hi, Alexandre!
I'm glad I could help.
1. I just saw that suggested feature already so I voted for it. - That's great, thank you for your time.
2. For the 2nd option I'm not sure to understand it. How can I link 2 employees on the same Gcalendar? I already have my employees linked to my calendar. - Unfortunately, if you add the Employee's Calendar to your Google Calendar (the way it's set on the screenshot), the integration will see only your Calendar, but not the Employee's one.
To add one Calendar for two Employees, you should create a new (or use the old one) Gmail account that will be accessible for both Employees and then connect it to both Employee's profiles on the back-end:
3. Please make sure you enabled the "Manage their appointments" and "Manage their events" options in the Amelia -> Settings -> Roles Settings. That should help.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
