There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately; Events attending booking is automatically approved.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it - we are looking to implement the features our users need, so that we can fit as many business models as possible!

We can we setup the Events to be booked by the user with a pending status? I see that it is possible for the services, cannot find it for Events.
