As you can see in the video below, nothing happens when click the "create a table" button.
I have disabled all plugins and I am using a default theme and the issue still persists. I have downloaded the most recent version of the plugin here from your site and the issue still persists.
I have tried both uploading a csv file and using an external source from a google sheet. The issue still persists.
So, the plugin can't write it's name in the database. We're going to include a warning for this in our next version, but that's what's causing the issue. Just add a header there, and you'll be able to create the table.
