Hello, I have already installed Amelia for a client, and I am very satisfied with it. I am coming to you today for another client, to make sure that the functions I am looking for are found on Amelia.
1 / Is it possible to add a more developed contact form for each client booking an appointment? Are the data on this form saved as a "Customer File"?
2 / When a customer, fill in the form, choose his service, is it possible that he chooses "All to employ" then subsequently, in the back office, that we can assign the appointment to a employee? And also can an employee select the appointment to assign it?
3 / Is synchronization between Amélia and HubSpot possible? If so, is the information entered in the Amélia form transcribed on the HubSpot customer file?
1. Is it possible to add a more developed contact form for each client booking an appointment? Are the data on this form saved as a "Customer File"? - It is possible to add Custom fields that can collect additional information that will be available in the Appointment details on the Amelia -> Appointments page. Unfortunately, this information can't be available in the Customer's profile or to be downloaded automatically as the whole "Customer file" (if that's what you mean).
2. When a customer, fill in the form, choose his service, is it possible that he chooses "All to employ" then subsequently, in the back office, that we can assign the appointment to a employee? And also can an employee select the appointment to assign it? - It's possible to choose the "Any employee" option or even to hide Employee selection on the booking form, so the Employee will be assigned automatically. But it's not possible to book an appointment without any Employee assigned at all. But however, when the booking is complete, the Admin or the Manager can change the assigned Employee. Please note that by default Employees can't assign themselves since they don't have permission to see all the Appointments. They can see only the Appointments that are related to them. If this functionality is crucial for you, probably you can use another plugin for Roles settings and give Employees the right to see/modify all the Appointments, but it can't be achieved with Amelia's built-in features.
3. Is synchronization between Amélia and HubSpot possible? If so, is the information entered in the Amélia form transcribed on the HubSpot customer file? - Unfortunately, there's no integration with HubSpot at the moment. Probably, it can be achieved through webhooks. A web hook in Amelia for Appointments can be created for each one of these actions: booking completed, booking canceled, booking rescheduled and booking status changed. So when you create a web hook for one of these actions, the hook will be triggered for each appointment booked, canceled, etc. depending on the action and data will be sent from Amelia via a hook to Zapier/or any other automation tool you integrate to Amelia using this.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Hi, Guillaume!
I apologize for the delayed response.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
