We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Events Calendar Booking

    Hello!

First of all I am very glad that there is a new calendar shortcode for Events!

I tried this on test website, and I think that it could be more convenient for clients. First of all, in the documentation there is:

"Calendar section shows the events for the current month. If you have multiple events on the same date the first two will be shown with a name and others will be displayed below with +X Events label."

    https://wpamelia.com/events-calendar-booking-view/

But on my site on any day that has more than one event I see +X Events label, there are no "first two" (first screenshot attached). And this is not convenient. I think that there should be an option to set like you want to see 1, 2, 3 or All Events in the calendar view.

The second issue is that the hours of the event are hidden. Client has to clik on the Event, and even then hours are not so easily visible (see third screenshot). If there are more than one Event it takes two clicks to check the time. It is not very convenient also. I think that the hours should be visible immediately like the spots left.

    What do you think?

    Hello Maja

Thank you for your feedback, it will be forwarded to our development team.

The calendar depends on the size of the container in which it resides. For example, on my local installation, it's showing 2 events in a single day:

    4823679903.png

Until I resize the container. When the container in which the calendar is, is smaller, it shows just like in your screenshot:

    4033010773.png

So, to show the events like it is described in the documentation (and shown in my first screenshot), you need to increase the size of the container which holds the calendar, since it's responsive.

There's currently no space in the pop-outs to fit in the times, so it's mandatory to either click on the event, or take a look at the list to the right or below the calendar (the position of the events list also depends on the container).

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
