You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there,
I got a question from someone who is organising a music festival. She wants to sell tickets directly to her visitors, instead of selling tickets through a 3rd party.
Obviously, the visitors would need to get (digital) PDF or something, which would proof they bought a ticket. But I don't know if Amelia is the right tool for this. It would amazing if it is, and if it isn't I'm open to suggestions.

Amelia does not have a QR code generator, however, you can insert an image (any image of your choice) into Email Notifications > Appointment Confirmed that is sent to the attendee when they complete the booking and pay, and they can print it out as a ticket confirmation for the festival.
I hope this alternative works for your client.
