We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello César
If I understood correctly, you want your customers and employees to receive email notifications only when appointments are booked, and not packages?
You can simply turn off the "Package Purchased" email notification, and it will not be sent.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again César
That's the default setup of the plugin, I don't understand what's not working for you.
Did you configure "Appointment Approved" and/or "Appointment Pending" email templates? Are they enabled? Did you configure "Package purchased" email template? Is it enabled?
They are repeated for employees and customers, so you only need to edit the templates, and enable them. Given, of course, that you configured Notification Settings prior to that.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Can you please provide me a temporary admin user for your website, César? Just make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, since this is a public ticket.
You want that all notifications are sent to customers and employees.
You don't want the notifications to be sent to either customers or employees.
That's all set by enabling the desired notifications in Amelia/Notifications. If employee notifications are turned off, employees won't receive them, and if customers' notifications are turned on - customers will receive them. Same goes the other way around.
If this is still not what you're looking for, please provide some screenshots and detailed explanation about this.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
