    Hey, I need a booking system for 15 services but they are separated in three categories. Can I have categories dropdown before the services dropdown? For example - appliance repair and appliance installation and then the services dropdown for different appliances? Thanks in advance

    There's no option to have a category selection drop-down on the booking form, but if you use catalog view, then the first step of the booking will be the Category selection. Please see an example on our demo site.

    Hello Liza,

    I need something like that too. it is not understandable why categories are not selectable via drpodown-menu. Your competitors, for example bookly, already have this.

    First of all, thank you for choosing Amelia.

    We are currently working on the new Customize page which will have lots of options, but this one will have to wait since we didn't plan it yet and we need to investigate how much work this requires because it is a change in the Step-by-step booking form logic.

    I forwarded your inquiry to our development team and they will investigate this change of logic, so, hopefully, the Category selection will be added in a couple of months.

    Until then, as I mentioned to Simona, the Catalog view is the solution since it has Category selection in it.
