I've purchased and installed Amelia, but I can't add anything like a category or an employee for example. It doesn't work with my website, www.jmathsat.com. I also see an error message "request failed with status code 500" as well. Please help.
There are some errors in the console, and in Amelia/Customize, when you click on Save, you'll see a 500 error come up. It's not defined in the console, so I don't know what's causing it, but 5XX errors are server errors, so please reach out to your hosting provider, and check with them if there's anything causing this on their end.
In the mean time, this could also be caused by a conflict, so please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Hello Jin
Thank you for your purchase. Please make sure to update the plugin to v3.1.1, which was released yesterday. Clear your cache, and try again.
If that fails, please provide me a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user in a PRIVATE response, and I'll gladly check.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

That really is strange, Jin.
