Hi, i recently purchased the basic plugin for my wordpress website. Firstly, i love it! Secondly, i need to upgrade to allow clients to make multiple packages. Does this function work with events? can i upgrade and pay the difference?

I look forward to your reply

    Kind regards

    Stuart

    Hi, Stuart!

Thank you for choosing Amelia and for your kind words as wellsmile.png

Unfortunately, the Packages feature is available only for Services at the moment.

However, if you are still interested in upgrading your license, then you will have to pay only the difference between the two licenses that will be calculated respectively (so, the time you were using Amelia Basic will be deducted from its price).

If you confirm the upgrade, we will forward the request to our reseller, Paddle, and they will charge your card or PayPal account for the difference.

For that, we will need the email address you used for the purchase and the license you want to upgrade to (if it's Pro or Developer, annual or lifetime).

So, please, let us know and we will make the change.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Stuart!

    I'm glad I could help.

    Your license was upgraded.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

How do i activate it please?

  • [deleted] replied

    Stuart,

You don't have to activate it. Just purge the website's cache and it's all done.

    Best Regards.

    Liza,

I didn't have a cache to begin with. Not seeing the upgrade for packages? Now what do i do?

  • Stuart Craig replied

Its all fixed now - installed the update :)

Sorry, Stuart, I thought you were talking about activation only, so I missed the point.

    My bad.

You can download the Pro version by logging into our store with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin via e-mail.

After that, you should upgrade the plugin manually:

Check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation before upgrading the plugin manually (it is disabled by default, but just in case). If this option is enabled, deleting Amelia on the Plugins page will delete Amelia tables and data from the database as well.

    1) Download the zip

    2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder

    4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

    5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section

    6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again

If it requires the purchase code, then it's the same one as you had before.

    Best Regards.
