It happens very often that our customers fill in a wrong mail adres, for example
[email protected] or [email protected]
The send email bounces because of this.
What would be the best solution to edit the mail adres or to even prevent this from happpening ?

thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for contacting us.
The easiest way would be to edit the customer's email in the backend of Amelia. You can go to Amelia > Customers > Edit the customer.

We do not check every appointment for a correct mailadres.
Is there any possibility that you could implement this in Amelia, that the email is checked when the customer fills in the email addres ?

Unfortunately, that isn't a planned feature yet; however, id you suggest it here, users will be able to vote for it and it can be considered in the future. We have a lot of feature requests, the most requested features are in the top of the list and we really try to implement as many new features in each update.
