    Hi Amelia Team,

    Since last update, I noticed 2 issues around "recurring appointments" :

    1. CLIENT approved notification email :

    In CLIENT approved notification email, we can't see all the recurring appointments. Only first one.

    In EMPLOYEE approved notification email, everything is fine.


    2. Deleting all recurring appointments at once :

    All appointments are deleted on backend, which is normal.

    But sometimes only 1 or sometimes 2,3,4...  appointments remain in google Calendar even if I received the cancellation notification email.

    I apologize for the delayed response.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems like the issue was related to a couple of bugs we had. 

    Today we released version 3.1.2 that includes fixes for these bugs. Please update Amelia and check if these issues were resolved.

    Hopefully, it will work as it's supposed to from now on.

    Hello,

    I'm sorry but the bug (1) I mentioned about "client approved notification" for recurring appointment hasn't been fixed with update 3.1.2

    Could you check ?

    Thank you for the feedback.

    Could you please provide us a temporary WP Admin access, so we will investigate the issue? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode. 

    We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

    Hi, Laurent!

    Thank you for the credentials.

    1. It turned out, that the recurring appointment placeholder is not configured on the Amelia -> Notifications -> To Customer page (please see the attached file). So please add the placeholders you want to use to the "Recurring appointments placeholder" field.

    2. Our QA engineer will try to reproduce the issue on our end on Monday, so I will contact you once we have the results.

    Hi, Laurent!

    I'm glad the previous issue was resolved.

    I consulted with our QA engineer and that's correct: there's a bug with the layout of the Customer notifications.

    Our developers are looking into this issue.

    I will get back to you on this at the earliest possible time.

    The layout problem on notification email for recurring appointments hasn't been fixed yet (even with 3.2 update).

    I just contacted my team and they confirmed the fix wasn't added to the current update.

    I'm waiting for a response regarding the ETA. I will contact you once I receive this information.
