We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I can't make update with this plugin. I have a warning message when I try to update in Wordpress Dashboard : "To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit réglages to activate Amelia."
But Amelia is activated. In fact, when I click on desactivated, there is also a warning message saying that it's impossible to do it right now.
I have tried to desactivated and reactivated Amelia but it's not working.
Can you help me please ?
I have the same issue with upgrading the plug-in no auto update available but key is in activation and activated
I have not tried to deactivate the key in activation settings incase I lose my booked and pending appointments
Hi,
thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.
Could you please try the following method:
You can update plugin from WordPress Plugins page (deleting the plugin and upload it again) or to update the plugin manually with FTP by following these steps:
1.) Download zip from this link
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.
4.) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate ameliabooking, and then activate it again.
7.) Clear server and browser cache (IMPORTANT if you are using caching plugin)
Please note that if you delete old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) you will not lose your data and settings because it is already saved in database.
Great,
It's working Ivana ! Thank you :)
Is the issue resolved with this new update ?
Yes, we also had a mini 3.1.1 update for minor bugs.
In case that you notice other changes please feel free to let us know - we aim to pin down the bugs as soon as possible, and resolve them!
Thank you for your kindness and patience!
