    Hello

    I am very happy that they have finally solved the performance issues with the administrative booking pages, but this update has some issues that did not happen with the previous versions.

    Now I don't get any data loaded in the Dashboard or Calendar page, not even selecting to show only one day. These sections did show data (after a long time) before the upgrade. (We have more than 700 appointments per day)

    Calendar doesn't load Appointmens neither Employees neither Services

    We didn't change anything in Calendar and Dashboard, this error happens because the plugin tried to retrieve appointments for 4.2 minutes and since there are too many appointments plugin wasn't able to return them. Unfortunately, Calendar and Dashboard pages cannot work with that large number of appointments at the moment.

    We would need to change the entire design to be able to split one day into multiple pages so we can retrieve part of the appointments for that day.

    We have done optimization but that optimization cannot be done for the Dashboard and Calendar. On other pages, we have added pagination, but if you have 700 appointments per day, you will have one day in multiple pages on the Appointments page. 

    We were not able to apply this for the Dashboard and Calendar since in that case, we would need to separate one day into multiple pages and we cannot split the Calendar or these numbers on Dashboard:

    The key is that before the update we could see the data of those pages. If we selected just one day we could see them. But now we don't.
    We especially need the dashboard to see the employee occupancy rate.

    We can't go back because we've been waiting for months for the improvements in bookings, customers, etc.

    Good day!

    We didn't change anything in Calendar and Dashboard since we were not able to optimize those two pages at the moment. We've implemented change only on appointments, customers and finance pages and optimized those pages.


    We have started now investigating further options for optimization of Dashboard (Calendar will probably not be optimized because for 900 appointments daily it doesn't make sense to show all them in the calendar because nothing will be visible)  but it will take some time since it requires huge changes.


    The only reason why it worked before is that you had a smaller customer base, and now you have over 40000 customers from which we filter on the Dashboard page and that is why it is not working anymore.
