We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Cancel Bookings Completely

The cancel tab acts like a back tab or feature which does not give the customer a chance to completely cancel the booking.

Again, should a customer just be exploring the website, or change his mind not to book but to go for other services we provide, like care, he needs to get out of the booking area completely by  choosing a tab above (below the location or working hours) instead of a cancellation tab clearing away the booking page completely and taking them to the home page. Was this deliberate by design? If not, can it be rectified.

    Hi Emmanuel,

    thank you for contacting us!

The "cancel" tab, up until the moment that booking is fully complete (when customer clicks to confirm after the page with personal data; name, phone, email), does serve as a back button - in case that they clicked the time that was not convenient for them, and such, and would like to "backtrack" and amend that.

You can go to Amelia > Settings > Roles > Customer, and enable the use of both Customer Panel, and allowing the customer to manage their appointments. In this way they will be able to access the panel if they would like to cancel already booked appointment, and do so within it.

    I hope this helps!
