    Hello, please after a customer has booked successfully, how do we send the details of the customer too to the employee via email through the default email send to the employee

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    It can be done by adding suitable placeholders to the Notifications template. You can find the list of placeholders on the Amelia- > Notifications page under </> Show Email Placeholders:

    Please I want to send the customers full name and details to the employee as well. How do I do it?

    You can add the 

    %customer_full_name% 

    %customer_email%

    %customer_phone%

    placeholders to the email notification template.
