We have another application that I'm having trouble configuring and need help.
We need to be able to have multiple "appointments" for a single time slot/service/employee. So one employee will have an appointment with multiple, separate people in time slots with that repeating through the day.
It isn't making a single appointment with multiple people(bringing anyone along), it's making multiple appointments with a single service provider for the same time slot/service.I can create multiple providers but the overhead of managing that will be very difficult and time consuming - not to mention confusing for our customers who will be very confused when they are asked to select a provider. I'm sorry, I feel like this is probably just something simple that I'm missing.
If we can't have a single provider/service for multiple appointments/customers is there a shortcode for provider=anyprovider?
Also, is there any way to have separate notification email contents for different services? That would be really handy.

I understand the need for this, as it must be the most suitable way for your business model; unfortunately, there isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features.
It can only be done in the ways you mentioned (multiple attendees for one slot, or multiple providers).
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.
