purchased and downloaded zip. installed zip and navigate to amelia in the backoffice. the panel is just remaining grey. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin
also having issues logging into TMS back office to open a support ticket. When im logged in and click support on the left, it asks me to log in again. then it keeps saying password is incorrect, i reset and use the new one and have the same issue. so ive opened the ticket with a new email instead as it would let me submit the ticket with an existing acc
It would be the best if I could take a look from the inside, as I found no reason so far other than cache for this to happen. Could you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hi Simon,
thank you for contacting us; I'm sorry to hear this happened.
Could you please clear your server and browser cache, and let me know if the backoffice shows appropriately.
In the meantime I will check for the log in issue.
Hi Ivana
I have cleared my cache a few times but still no luck
