When customer appointments are entered in manually but do not have an email address how can I force Amelia to accept the booking. We were going to use a no-reply email address to allow set up, but it doesn't allow multiple users under the same email address.
At the moment, the only way to add a customer would be to use a dummy email address. From back-end you can't add different customers with the same email, only customers can do that.
You can add a customer from back-end, and change the number of people accompanying that customer, but that's about it.

What's the best way around this?
Thanks,
